• "Banned words" list: Federal agencies have compiled lists of words and topics that are reportedly subject to review or removal from government websites, documents, and research grants. The lists include words related to climate change, diversity, and vaccines.
• Targeting of higher education: The administration has penalized universities and institutions for advocating for diversity and has investigated colleges for alleged antisemitic discrimination on campus.
• Reversal of censorship frameworks: On the other hand, the administration has also taken actions that it characterizes as restoring free speech. For example, the State Department closed a counter-disinformation hub, stating that such tools had become instruments for political censorship.

Instances like the cancellation of late night talk show hosts due to exposing MAGA hipocracy when Fox "News" hosts advocate for the murder of homeless people and "Antifa" with no outcry, pushback or consequences demonstrates the un-leveling of the 1st Amendment in favor of pushing harmful and hateful propoganda, and the supression of anyone countering that messaging.  This "Free Speech For Me But Not For Thee" design calls out the blatant abuse of free speech for MAGA, but nobody else in today's USA.
