Violations attributed to ICE include actions that potentially violate
individual constitutional rights, such as conducting searches without
probable cause and making arrests without warrants. Additionally,
critics point to inhumane conditions in detention centers, including
inadequate medical care, substandard food, and lack of due process,
which may violate the government's duty to provide for the basic needs
of those in custody. These alleged violations have led to lawsuits and
public criticism regarding ICE's enforcement and detention practices.

that instead of a $75 BILLION budget increase, appropriations for this
private, unaccountable militia invasion force should be eliminated
entirely, and ICE crushed completely.  With that in mind, we offer our
